Factor Calibrated is is coupling in m/m for ACC, m/Pa for MIC, and m/T for MAG
Factor Counts is is coupling in m/counts
Flag can be No data, Upper Limit, or Measured
Ambient is the ambient sensor contribution to DARM in m/sqrt(Hz)
Darm is in m/sqrt(Hz)
